Spring Break Training Plan
*if you can't make it to Optional practice over the break, here's what you need to be doing:
Monday, March 16:
-- Long Run 2-4 miles
Tuesday, March 17:
-- Drills
-- 5 minute warm up jog
-- Fartleks
2 minutes hard/1 minute easy (4 times)
-- Cool down- 1/2 mile
Wednesday, March 18:
-- Easy Run 1.5-2 miles
-- Strides
-- Core
Thursday, March 19:
-- Tempo Run 2-3 miles
-- Strides
-- Core/Balance
Friday, March 20:
-- Easy Run 1.5-2 miles
