Spring break is here! If you want to be a better athlete, take time over the break to get some miles in! Below is a guideline of what to do and when. I hope to see you all at the Optional Practices on 3/29 and 4/2 (Thursday & Monday) at 10am! Email me if you have any questions!
Spring Break 2018
Wed 3/28 Easy Run 2 miles
Thurs 3/29 Optional practice @ CM track 10am-11:30am (Tempo Run-3 miles. 4 Strides)
*Fri 3/30 Easy Run 2 miles
*Sat 3/31 OFF
*Sun 4/1 Easy Run 2-3 miles
Mon 4/2 Optional practice @ CM track 10am-11:30am (Long Run- 3, 4, or 5 miles depending on your group.)
Tues 4/3 OFF
*You may switch around Fri., Sat., & Sun. to better fit your plans.
Remember a Tempo Run should be at a pace that’s NOT race pace. It should be fast enough that you could talk if you needed to (maybe yelling at someone to get out of the street because a car was coming) but you wouldn’t want to.
